Project Output:

  • Implement a prototype of SRAM memory and standard cells to verify the proposed circuit technique and validate the low-voltage operation.
  • Develop CAD tools that are variation-aware and can be used to optimize the SRAM and standard cells at low voltage, as well as develop new sign-off CAD tools needed to characterize the associated timing and power to meet the requirements of chip sign-off.
