ManageIT Phase 2

Based on MCIT-RITSEC agreement, ITIDA in cooperation with RITI designed and launched the Skills Development Programs in April 2013 and were finalized in September 2014. Skills Development Programs encompass a number of training programs providing Micro, Small, Medium and Large companies with a wide range of custom-tailored training courses for all management levels as follows:

  • Mid-Level Management Training Program

    This program is designed for Middle / Senior Managers looking to rejuvenate their career goals and extend their leadership skills.

    List of Training Courses:

    • Marketing Diploma.
    • HR Diploma.
    • Finance and Investment Program.
    • Sales Formula Professional Diploma.
    • Project Management Professional Exam Preparation Course.

  • First-Level Management Training Program

    The program provides a much needed opportunity to focus on strategic skills, organizational understanding and capacity. It also offers an excellent chance for sharing experiences and exchanging views with those who are similarly placed.

    • RITI Advanced Management Program (RAMP).
    • Project Management Diploma.

  • Junior Staff Members Training Program

    This program aims to enhance personal skills, especially for those who are at the start of their professional careers and need to acquire the ability to confront business problems and find creative solutions.

    • Effective Presentation and Communication Skills Course.
    • Effective Time Management Course.
    • Creative Thinking & Effective Problem Solving Course.
    • Business Writing Skills Course.
    • Effective Negotiation Skills Course.
