Market Intelligence Workshop Series : Breaking the Data Trap
The discussion will focus on the progress made to date in transforming IT to take advantage of the 3rd Platform: cloud, mobility, social and big data/analytics. One area of significant focus is the transformation from managing the data and the storage environment to delivering insights for competitive differentiation. In-memory computing advantages are a key component of the transformative tools organizations and government entities can leverage for value generating objectives, such as customer and citizen experience improvements, increasing sales, and productivity. At the same time, the CIO faces a balancing act between meeting business goals, running core IT, innovating, increasing service delivery speeds and protecting sensitive data.
The presentations will then be followed by a presentation by an IBM Big Data and Analytics Expert about a Big Data and Analytics implementation in the Middle East and customers gains.
Date: 2nd of February.
